A synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial agents containing levofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone active against a wide range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive pathogens. Cravit tablets are available in strength of 250 mg and 500 mg levofloxacin. Each 100 mL Cravit I.V. solution contains 500 mg of levofloxacin. The usual dosage of Cravit Tablets/Injection is 250 mg or 500 mg administered orally or by slow infusion over 60 min, or 750 mg administered by slow infusion over 90 minutes, every 24 hours.

A sterile aqueous solution for otic use, containing 0.3% ofloxacin, a wide-spectrum antibacterial agent active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Tarivid Otic is indicated for the treatment of ear infections, including otitis externa in adults and children older than 1 year, chronic suppurative otitis media in patients 12 years and older with perforated tympanic membranes, and acute otitis media in pediatric patients older than 1 year with tympanostomy tubes.

An oral quinolone preparation containing ofloxacin, an antibacterial agent with a broad-spectrum activity against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The adult daily dose is 300 mg to 600 mg in 2 or 3 divided doses. Tarivid Tablets are available in 100 mg and 200 mg units.
