Cravit® is a synthetic antibacterial agent containing levofloxacin, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens. It is indicated for acute maxillary sinusitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, uncomplicated skin and skin-structure infections, complicated urinary tract infections, and acute pyelonephritis. Cravit i.v. 500 mg is a ready-to-use solution containing 500 mg of levofloxacin/100 mL. It should be administered intravenously by slow infusion over a period of not less than 60 minutes every 24 hours.

An oral quinolone preparation with 99% bioavailability containing levofloxacin, with a two-fold stronger activity than ofloxacin and antibacterial activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The adult daily dosage can be given from 200 mg to 600 mg in 2 or 3 divided doses.

An IV preparation of tranexamic acid (5% or 10% w/v solution) indicated in haemorrhagic, allergic and inflammatory conditions involving hyperfibrinolysis, such as abnormal bleeding in surgery, O&G, urology, or erythema. The adult daily dosage is 250-500 mg in 1-2 injections, or 500-2500 mg by IV drip infusion during and after surgery.
