Daiichi Sankyo Hong Kong Limited (DSHK), previously
known as Daiichi Pharmaceutical Asia Ltd. (DPA) [before Apr 1 2007], was
established in 1988, and became a wholly owned subsidiary of
Daiichi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (DSK) in 1994. DSHK is part of a global
network of group companies belonging to Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd., which was
born as a result of the successful integration between Daiichi Pharmaceutical
Co. Ltd. and Sankyo Co. Ltd. in September 2005.
DSHK (previously DPA) has been carrying on medical information services in the
South East Asia regions (Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore,
Malaysia and Vietnam), focusing its support to partners and customers in line
with headquarters’ objectives.
DSHK's visions are to support Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd’s challenge of
becoming a Japan-based Global Pharma Innovator,
and to contribute towards the enrichment of the people's "quality of
lives" in the Asian region through the distribution of innovative and
superior pharmaceuticals, and provision of up-to-date and evidence-based
information to its customers. Committed as a regional Information Center of the
Daiichi-Sankyo Group, DSHK challenges to become leader for the provision of
scientific information of Daiichi-Sankyo’s pharmaceutical products in the
territory.
